We normally sell tickets from our window inside the Visitors Information Window, if those are not available you can visit Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and purchase them tickets directly from their site.

What is the Parking Situation Like at the Ferry Building?

Parking enforcement is pretty strict, it is heavily advised to park at this parking lot and pay the fee to be covered for the day. It is also advised to hide all valuables as well when you leave your car. Also double check the signage, for there is a parking lot next to the Ferry facility that is limited to a few hours.
