Vallejo Restaurants
In Vallejo, our culinary roots stretch far and wide. Many of our restaurants are owned and operated by immigrants and multigenerational families who bring recipes, techniques, and stories from around the globe. It's why you can start your day with classic french pastries and espresso, grab pho or pancit for lunch, and end it with sushi, pupusas, or fried fish made just the way someone’s parent taught them.
You won’t find cookie-cutter here. What you’ll find instead is flavor from every corner of the world, made by the hands that know it best. Come hungry, stay curious, and let Vallejo surprise you one plate at a time.
