Gracie’s has been serving up slow-smoked barbecue with bold flavors and family-style hospitality for over 35 years.

Making its debut in 1999 as a little red trailer off of Springs Rd, Gracie’s is a V-Town BBQ staple. In 2004, they transformed a former gas station into their new home, taking root in Vallejo’s downtown. Last year, they opened Vallejo Brewing right next door, where you can enjoy craft beers brewed on-site.
