This Black History Month Special Presentation will focus on soldier, educator and diplomat Charles Young. He was the 3rd black West Point graduate, and highest ranked Black officer until the time of his passing.
Our guest speaker is Charles Blatcher, III, an author, publisher, Founder/Chairman, and Principle Advocate for the National Coalition of Black Veteran Organizations.
