Performing Arts

Discover the secret gems of Vallejo's performing and visual arts scene. It begins with the Vallejo Symphony, California's second oldest symphony. They have been entertaining audiences for more than 75 years. Vallejo Music Theatre produces three musicals a season, a large family-oriented full-scale Broadway show; a Young Audiences production; and an adult oriented musical. The Vallejo Community Arts Foundation operates the Fetterly Gallery which, along with other private galleries and studios in the area, offers a wide variety of the visual arts to the community. Nearby, the Benicia Old Town Theatre Group performs and promotes community theatre in the city of Benicia, Solano County, and surrounding communities by providing a wide variety of high-quality theatrical entertainment.
