Last month’s double winner trivia question: The annual Christmas Concert at St. Peter’s Chapel will be held on Sun. Dec. 20th at 2 pm. How many years have this fundraising event taken place? The correct answer was 14 years.
Congratulations Cynthia Seguin of Vallejo and Jennie Schultz of Santa Rosa.

In 1954’s “A Star Is Born”, showing at the Empress Theatre on January 8th, what actor initially accepted the role of Norman Maine but later turned it down because it was a role as a has-been actor?
The winner chosen from a drawing of correct entries will win two Premier Passes for PIER 39 (a $108 value). Each pass includes one cruise aboard Blue & Gold’s Bay Cruise.
Please email your answers to info@visitvallejo.com.

Did you know that over the course of the Empress’s 96 year history, she has operated under six different names: The Empress Theatre (1912), The Republic
Theatre (1913), The Vallejo Theatre (1916), The Fox Senator (1930), The
Crest (1952) and then back to The Empress Theatre (1980)?

Did you know that in response to rapidly disappearing wetlands and its prime location within the Pacific Flyway, the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge
was created in 1974 to protect migratory birds, wetland habitat, and
endangered species?
