Six Flags Discovery Kingdom’s 2009 season is now open (weekends only) with all-new Land, Sea and Sky adventures and with the theme, “Discover Going Green,” to encourage guests to be responsible and support a more environmentally green consciousness. Meet eco-friendly companies and enjoy music with an eco-slant. The Discover Going Green event runs weekends through March 29.

This season promises to be the park’s most entertaining ever, with new shows, special events throughout the year and opening later this spring, Odin’s Temple of the Tiger, an-all new tiger experience and show venue. Some of this spring’s highlights include: |
And coming this summer...don’t miss the STARBURST Summer Concert Series (mid-July to mid-August). This all-new concert series will feature concerts from teen idol Raven Symoné, star of the hit TV series That’s So Raven and Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove, best known for her series iCarly and many others to be announced soon.
Book your hotel today to attend any of these events and make Vallejo your home base to experience other area attractions like the Vallejo Naval & Historical Museum, the Jelly Belly Candy Company, Mare Island Tours or take a scenic ferry to or from San Francisco’s Ferry Building Marketplace and visit PIER 39.
