Let the Vallejo CVB help make your next meeting or special event a success...

Lead Routing Service

Submit your next convention, meeting or group activity to the Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau and we will route it to appropriate members of our bureau, including hotels, requesting that they respond to you directly with information to meet your needs.

Site Inspections

The Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau can help arrange site inspections at prospective meeting facilities, special events or sports venues, hotels, attractions and other facilities for your group decision-makers prior to your group activity, meeting or event.

Attendance Promoters

The Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau can supply you with promotional materials to include in your pre-event mailings to generate enthusiasm about our destination. Based on availability, the following items can be provided:

Meeting Service Extras

Name Badges: The Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau will provide printed name badges for your group or meeting members and guests.

Bags & Giveaways: Bags and small promotional items ( e.g. pens, notepads, etc.) are available for your group or meeting members.

Information Table: The Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau can staff an information table during your special event or meeting registration times. Brochures and information are provided to you that you can display or distribute however best meets your needs.

Civic Liaison: The Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau can facilitate contacts in the Office of the Mayor and other city/civic officials for proclamations, welcome letters, ribbon cutting ceremonies and other services you may need.

Media Assistance: If you would like to promote your meeting, conference or special event locally, the Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau can provide an up-to-date list of local contacts in the print and electronic media.
